🌈 MOTHERHOOD PROJECT – BE THE CHANGE FOR OUR CHILDREN & EMBRACE YOU

ROUND 3 – COLOUR ME IN SUNSHINE

It’s all happening November 1st — an incredible, uplifting group motherhood experience that will leave you feeling empowered, seen, celebrated — and it will change your life.

💫 Why This Project Matters
Over the last 2 years, this project has changed the lives of 13 incredible women.

None of them knew each other — yet they stood together, proud. The experience left them feeling empowered, unified, beautiful, and free.

This is more than just photography — it’s a movement. A memory. A reminder of who you are beneath the chaos of motherhood.

🌟 Are You a Mum Who Has Had a Baby in the Past Couple of Years?
I need YOU.

Do you struggle with body image or self-love?
Let me tell you: You are ENOUGH.

You might also be feeling carer’s burnout — emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself — which is completely normal and part of being a mum.

But here’s the truth:
You can reclaim yourself, you can be a great mum, and still look after YOU.
This project will light a fire inside of you and show you the path back.

I’ll help you find yourself again.
And best of all, you’ll walk away with the most precious memories captured with your children — and a powerful keepsake, united with other mums, to always remind you of the moment you changed your life.

👋 Hi, I’m Brooke — Mum of 3
I’ve been that mum…
The one who, less than 6 weeks postpartum, hated her body. Obsessed over a flat stomach. Wanted to be a size 10 again.

Now, I know better.
Capturing YOU as you are right now — your raw, beautiful self — is one of the most powerful things you can do. For yourself. For your children. For the future.

Your size does not define your beauty.
You deserve to exist in your family’s memories.

📸 What I’m Looking For:
I’m seeking 8 women of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to be photographed.

I would love to move this project into a book — something tangible, real, and powerful — to inspire the world and other mums to see themselves through a lens of love, pride, and acceptance.

💝 What You’ll Receive:
Two professional photoshoots (solo with or without your child(ren) & group)

✨ Full hair and makeup with my incredible artist

✨ A cinematic viewing experience of your images

✨ One 11×14” matted fine art print, ready to frame

$100 print credit
(You’re welcome to purchase more, but there’s no obligation)

✨ This is a total VIP experience — designed to celebrate, pamper, and honour you.
You’ll feel like the goddess you truly are.

💬 What You Need to Know:
You’ll need to be open to showing some skin — all private parts will remain hidden, always respectful

The group photo will be held in the Private Oasis of the wheat field at the Winnindoo Flower Farm where the Sunflower field was last year. We will be doing a mix of natural photos amongst the Wheat and ending with a colourful Holi Powder explosion fun to end to celebrate and have fun!

A signed release is required so your images can be shared in the book, on social media, and for future promotion

I’d love a short reflection or snippet of your journey to inspire others

This experience is valued at over $1,000, but because I believe so deeply in this movement, it’s just $300 to be involved.

✨ If this hit a nerve, makes you feel nervous but excited to step out of your comfort zone, or if you just want to find your damn self again — you can sign up to be involved.

It’s for the first 8 people only — any entries after that will go on my cancellation list.

Let’s do this — for you, for your babies, and for the change we want to see in the world.

With love,
Brooke xx

I was incredibly nervous about going to my appointment. It was out of my comfort zone to strip my clothes off and be the centre of all the attention. Usually, it's the children who are the main focus. Brooke and I had so much fun trying out all the different poses, throughout the session she gave me lots of compliments and keeping telling me ‘You nailed that pose’, which made me more excited for the next one. Brooke was fantastic with the children. She was so patient as they were getting tired and bored, so they started to get a little cheeky. After the session finished, I was in awe at how great I felt in my skin. Not once did I feel insecure through the whole session. I was not worried about lose skin, stretch marks, fat, or even my boobs who are no longer perky after 3 years of breastfeeding both my children. I just felt perfect, and Brook made that happen. I am so excited to see how the photos turned out!

So I have been a nurse now for 10 years. I have nursed many women from all ages and backgrounds, and even though not one body is the same, many women share the same "flaws" about their body due to motherhood. Eg stretchmarks, loose skin, and scars. I believe these "flaws" should be normalised and celebrated. This photo shoot with my children, and being naked in nature captures the normality of what a mother body is, whist sharing my love with my children. Doing this helped me feel empowed and not ashamed about having a different body after kids. As women, we tend to hide away and cover up. But really, we should do whatever makes us comfortable as we all share the same similarities and fears. I am more comfortable and happy with my body, and I hope these photos show that.

I signed up to this as a last minute impulse thing. It didn't really hit me until I was on that cliff. I thought I was going to be the biggest yuckiest body there. Then I realised my body was the same as everyone else and it wasn't yucky or fat or jiggly it was beautiful. As each minute passed I felt this weird empowering energy, it was liberating and so free I started to forgot I was naked. Getting my make up done was what make me feel amazing and I've never worn fake eye lashes and I kinda liked them. You doing the shoot in your undies was the best I really respected that. You made me feel great and relaxed.
